Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Witzo provides refunds for subscription payments processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a Witzo subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Witzo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first payment of a new paid subscription.

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 days from the date of the initial purchase.

Refund requests submitted within this period will be processed without requiring justification.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Eligible Purchases

Refunds are available only for the first subscription payment made for a Witzo paid plan.

The following conditions apply:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original payment date.
  • The payment must have been processed through Stripe.
  • The refund request must come from the account holder or billing contact.

If the request meets these conditions, a full refund of the subscription fee will be issued.

Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewal charges
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades
  • Add-on purchases
  • Usage-based charges or overage fees
  • Payments older than 30 days
  • Accounts that have already received a refund for the same subscription

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund unless the request is made within the 30-day refund window.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact our support team and provide the following information:

  • Account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment confirmation or invoice (if available)

Our support team will review the request and verify the payment through Stripe.

If the request meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be approved and processed.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider.

After the refund is issued:

  • The refund will be sent to the original payment method.
  • Processing times depend on the card issuer or bank.
  • Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days.

In some cases, international banks may take longer to post the refund.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or card provider instead of contacting support, the associated Witzo account may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is reviewed. We recommend contacting our support team first to resolve billing concerns.

Abuse Prevention

Witzo reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent behavior, including:

  • Repeated purchase-refund cycles
  • Excessive usage followed by refund requests
  • Violations of the Terms of Service

Accounts involved in such activity may be restricted or terminated.

Payment Provider

Payments for Witzo subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe, a global payment processing platform.

Witzo does not store full credit card information. All payment data is handled according to Stripe's security and compliance standards.

Policy Updates

Witzo may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will apply to purchases made after the revised policy is published on this page. Existing purchases remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of payment.
